Who we are Melt GmbH is a Zurich-based design company (founded in 2009) specializing in the conception, optimization, and production of user experiences. The team understands design as a holistic, human-centered process that makes processes, brands, and content usable and tangible with high quality. Core Competencies Melt combines competencies in Interaction Design, Experience Design, and Service Design, as well as Strategic Design and Research. These capabilities are complemented by project management, organizational design, storytelling, scenography, and communication design. This breadth allows us to consistently support projects from analysis to implementation. Approach and Methodology The working model is based on user-centered research, iterative prototyping, and close dialogue with clients. StoryWir sind Melt GmbH aus Zürich – 2009 gegründet und seitdem vom klaren Glauben geleitet, dass gutes Design Menschen den Alltag leichter macht. Als Team aus Designerinnen, Forschern und Strategen haben wir früh gelernt, dass technische Möglichkeiten allein nicht reichen: Entscheidend ist, wie Menschen mit Prozessen, Marken und Inhalten interagieren. In den ersten Jahren stellten uns komplexe Projekte immer wieder vor die gleiche Frage: Wie verbinden wir Vision mit Umsetzbarkeit? Heute antworten wir mit einem ganzheitlichen Mindset und einem Mix aus Interaction-, Service- und Experience-Design, Research und Projektmanagement. Wir arbeiten eng mit Auftraggebenden zusammen, um Lösungen zu formen, die sowohl erlebbar als auch zuverlässig umsetzbar sind – immer human-centered, immer praxisnah.
