StoryWij zijn Mediaraven, ontstaan uit de overtuiging dat digitale media kansen bieden voor kinderen, jongeren en het brede jeugdwerk. Sinds onze start in Gent in 2012 hebben we onze ervaring en expertise ingezet om samen met jeugdwerkers en jongeren een veilige experimenteerruimte te bouwen. We herinneren ons nog hoe vaak tools en mogelijkheden onbenut bleven omdat er geen ruimte of begeleiding was om te oefenen — dat veranderden we stap voor stap. Met veel geduld en enthousiasme werken we aan mediacompetenties en mediawijsheid, delen we online informatie die relevant is voor jeugd en jeugdwerk, en ondersteunen we organisaties bij hun digitale stappen. Elke nieuwe sessie voelt als een kleine ontdekkingstocht: nieuwsgierig, praktisch en altijd gericht op duurzame groei.
