StoryVanaf 2000 werken we bij Itris met één doel: woningcorporaties helpen hun dienstverlening aan huurders en kopers te verbeteren met slimme ICT. We zagen vroeg dat technologie pas verschil maakt als die écht aansluit op de dagelijkse praktijk van beheer, verhuur en verkoop. Dat inzicht dreef ons bij het ontwikkelen van ViewPoint: een totaaloplossing waarin onze klantgerichte denkwijze doorwerkt in elk scherm en proces. We herinneren ons de eerste implementaties — kleine teams, veel overleg met gebruikers, veel bijstellen — en juist die intensieve samenwerking heeft onze aanpak gevormd. Het geeft ons energie om processen eenvoudiger te maken en medewerkers en bewoners sneller te helpen.
