What was the objective behind your collaboration?When we began to look for a re-design of our website, we were overwhelmed with the ‘shooting-in-the-dark’ approach many agencies had, specifically regarding conversation rates - a key pain point driving the project. Higher Ground stood out for us, with their transparency around previous KPI’s and the case studies to back them up.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?As we kicked off the project, we underwent a thorough discovery to leave no stone unturned and gain a different perspective on our user journey. Rob & the team then worked swiftly, and with tight execution to deliver an outstanding site within 3 months. I’m very please to report our conversion rates are up ~400% since we went live, and we’re not done yet. Would thoroughly recommend as one of the most effective marketing spends you can make…
