Growwwise

What was the objective behind your collaboration?We opened IMOM as a new immersive art museum in Funchal, so almost nobody was searching for us by name. Our goal with Growwwise was to reach travellers who are already looking for things to do in Madeira and turn that interest into actual visits, on a small monthly budget. We needed someone who understood that most of our audience decides in a few minutes, from a phone, sometimes while already walking through the city.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Two things. First, they did not just spend the budget, they made it work better. In one month our clicks went up by more than half while the cost stayed the same, because they kept cleaning up the keywords that were bringing the wrong kind of visitor. Second, the communication. We always know what was changed and why, the reports are readable for people who are not marketers, and questions get answered quickly.

Are there any areas for improvements?Nothing on the results side.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Liviu and Roxana build us a very beautiful website. They also help us with the copywriting.
