StoryWe founded FISCHER & FRIENDS in Ovelgonne in 2015 as a small group of project managers, trainers, consultants and coaches who shared a single conviction: development must be practical and rooted in systems thinking. Over the years we’ve guided teams through strategy shifts, change processes and organisational development, always combining hands-on project management with systemic tools. System Constellations became a powerful technique in our toolbox for addressing professional and personal questions. As clients asked for more flexible delivery, we expanded into presence, online and blended learning—each programme tailored to real needs. We remain curious, embrace new challenges, invest heavily in our own learning and insist that every session leaves participants better equipped for everyday work.
