PRINCIPALS Phillip Ting and Peter Mack founded Elephant after more than 20 years each at large branding agencies such as Landor Associates and The Brand Union. They began the agency with the idea that there was a market for holistic thinking and large agency experience delivered in a more direct and hands-on manner. Since 2007, Elephant has been the agency of record for Peet’s Coffee & Tea and has consulted for Tesla Motors, startups and with partner agencies such as Landor Associates.
