StoryWir sind Dversa Gmbh, 2022 in Diemerswil gegründet, weil wir an eine inklusive Welt glauben. Ausgehend von einem klaren Bedürfnis: Lösungen zu schaffen, die wirklich für alle funktionieren. Design Thinking ist unser Kompass — nicht als Schlagwort, sondern als tägliches Werkzeug, mit dem wir Menschen ins Zentrum unserer Arbeit stellen. Gemeinsam mit Nutzer*innen ergründen wir Bedürfnisse, testen schnell und passen Lösungen iterativ an. Dabei treibt uns die Überzeugung an, dass gutes Design Barrieren abbaut und Diversität sichtbar und nutzbar macht. Jede Herausforderung sehen wir als Einladung, Unterschiede so zu gestalten, dass sie zur Stärke werden — praxisnah, empathisch und kompromisslos nutzerzentriert.
