What was the objective behind your collaboration?We wanted a complete brand identity that reflects SIC as a premium exhibitions and events company, and gives us a consistent system we can apply across all touchpoints—logo, colors, typography, stationery, and company profile—so our communication looks unified and professional.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?We appreciated the structured process and the agency’s attention to details. They translated our direction into a clear brand system with practical guidelines, strong visual language, and polished deliverables. Communication was smooth, deadlines were respected, and revisions were handled quickly and professionally.

Are there any areas for improvements?Overall the experience was excellent. If we had to suggest one improvement, it would be adding more early-stage concept variations to compare before finalizing the direction, and providing a short usage checklist for internal teams to ensure the brand is applied consistently by different stakeholders.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?Our primary objective was to develop a comprehensive, user-friendly SaaS solution that could streamline the COVID-19 testing process in Germany. We needed a platform that not only simplified the client experience but also automated reporting to health departments, ensured data privacy, and provided test center owners with operational control and analytics. The goal was to make the entire testing process more efficient, secure, and scalable.

Are there any areas for improvements?One area could be further enhancing the onboarding process for new test centers to make it even more intuitive. Additionally, more frequent performance reviews during peak usage times could help identify potential scalability issues before they arise. However, these are minor suggestions in the context of an overall excellent partnership.
