What was the objective behind your collaboration?When we began working with agency, our main goal was to create an online store that feels as special as the jewelry we craft. We wanted the website to convey our brand philosophy – that our pieces are “innovative, timeless, gifts for a lifetime” – which is exactly the message of the homepage slogan. It was important to us that the design highlight our 50+ year heritage.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The most enjoyable part was seeing the site’s visual style come together. They shoot and chose warm, elegant product photos (like the one above) and gold-accented colors, and the agency arranged them beautifully to highlight our jewelry. The result feels truly luxurious and inviting.

Are there any areas for improvements?One idea for the future is to add an English (or other languages) option to the site. We could expand on our brand story with additional sections. The site loads quickly overall, but as a small improvement we might further optimize image sizes or use lazy loading to speed up pages on slower connections or older devices. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with how the website turned out. It looks beautiful, reflects our brand values perfectly, and working with the agency was a pleasure.
