StorySinds 1995 werken we vanuit Zwolle met één helder doel: complexe ICT-processen begrijpelijk en betrouwbaar te maken voor organisaties. Wij zagen klanten worstelen met versnipperd beheer en verloren uren door onduidelijke ondersteuning. Daarom specialiseerden we ons in supportdiensten en beheer, met nadruk op outsourcen van beheer en het inrichten van centrale helpdesks en kenniscentra. We bouwden schaalbare (hosted) configuraties en legden de lat hoog voor toegankelijkheid en usability. Dagelijks optimaliseren we scheduled maintenance en incident resolving zodat teams kunnen doen waar ze goed in zijn. We zijn trots op onze praktische aanpak: technologie die mensen ondersteunt, niet belemmert. Dat is onze belofte — linking people and technology.
