Project made for Diligencia Consulting in the Banking & Financials industry for a B2B audience in 2019.Diligencia Consulting uses advanced technology and human insight to extract unstructured data on companies in territories where public domain information is not readily available such as the Middle East and Africa. Their platform ClarifiedBy [https://www.clarifiedby.com/] is used in multiple contexts; for investment planning, business development, due diligence, KYC, dispute resolution and supporting credit assessments.Diligencia was looking for a scalable way to improve customer relationship management and the onboarding processes for new trials and subscribers. In parallel, Diligencia was looking to leverage content marketing to generate quality leads for the business development teams.HubSpot Marketing Hub was a perfect fit for Diligencia’s requirements and Cactix was selected as the agency of choice to onboard Diligencia into the platform and ensure they make the best use of it.Our HubSpot onboarding project kicked off with a strategy phase followed by the technical implementation of HubSpot Marketing Pro, and thorough training sessions for marketing and business development teams in the UAE and the UK.We were engaged again by Diligencia at a later stage to design and implement a campaign on HubSpot for their Sub-Saharan Africa datasets which involved the development and implementation of rich infographics, country fact files, blog posts, email shots, and social media posts. The campaign succeeded in influencing key decision makers and resulted in closed deals.
Project made for Emirates Nature WWF in the Non-profit industry for a B2B audience in 2018.For almost two decades, Emirates Nature has been a prominent and active partner in environmental conservation in the region. Emirates Nature is part of the global WWF network, and it is the leading non-profit organisation established to drive positive change in the UAE.Emirates Nature WWF partners with individuals and institutions to achieve science-based solutions to combat climate change and safeguard the seas, the land, and their associated biodiversity.As Emirates Nature WWF seeks to acquire new donors and retain its existing ones, the marketing team was looking for an effective way to launch targeted B2B campaigns to generate new leads, engage with the existing partners, and run digital fund-raising campaigns.Cactix helped Emirates Nature WWF adopt the inbound marketing approach and provided them with all the necessary tools and training they needed to succeed. Our team onboarded Emirates Nature WWF on the industry leading HubSpot Marketing Pro platform, carried out essential strategy sessions, and designed and developed all the assets required to get the team up and running on the platform.Shortly after, Emirates Nature WWF expanded the use of HubSpot beyond the business development and marketing activities to include the education communications which are addressed to the general public.
Project made for NVSSoft in the Software & Computer Services industry for a B2B audience in 2018.NVSSoft is a leading provider of computer software solutions for information management for key sectors such as government and the public sector, healthcare, financial services, and telecommunications.NVSSoft selected Cactix as its strategic partner for all its marketing requirements. This includes designing new websites, new brand identities, creating marketing content and collateral, and running integrated marketing campaigns. We also took care of event marketing, market research, competitive analysis, and provided strategic marketing advice.
Project made for Fintibi in the Software & Computer Services industry for a B2B audience in 2020.Fintibi’s main solution is a cloud-based software for financial analysis used by small to medium businesses for analyzing financial performance. Fintibi allows businesses to upload their financial statements for any selected periods, and perform all sorts of ratio analyses, visualizations, and what-if simulations.Fintibi needed a revamp of its user interface which was initially designed by back-end developers using ready UI-kits and without taking into consideration the application’s users and use cases. Fintibi hired Cactix to redesign the user experience and interface and implement tools to track and analyze the users’ interactions with the software.Cactix worked with financial experts and focused user groups to identify all the use cases and workflows in the solution and their frequency of usage. We documented the findings and the steps, and worked out the best logical groupings and shortcuts. From there our experienced UX/UI team worked on redesigning all the screens and provided the developers with all the necessary blueprints, codes, and assets required to implement the designs. We reviewed the designs following implementation to ensure there are no discrepancies.Cactix was hired again at a later stage by Fintibi to improve its DevOps setup as it was facing some issues. We migrated the application’s product and staging servers to a customized setup on Google Cloud Platform featuring auto scaling and load balancing, and we migrated the app’s marketing / landing page to WP Engine. We implemented GitLab Enterprise edition for source code management hosted on a customized setup in Linode. We then implemented CloudFlare’s CDN and SSL to all the properties. With the new DevOps setup Fintibi had a fully reliable zero downtime operation with total control and peace of mind.
