StorySeit 2018 begleiten wir von Bspw aus Berlin Menschen und Organisationen in Veränderungsprozessen. Unser Antrieb ist die Überzeugung, dass Arbeit dann gelingt, wenn sie effektiv, gesund und freudvoll ist. Gemeinsam mit Kund*innen erforschen wir, welche Formen von Führung und Zusammenarbeit heute notwendig sind. Wir konzipieren Prozessarchitekturen und moderieren Workshops, Coachings und Trainings – mal provozierend, mal bestärkend, mal aktivierend, mal beruhigend. Oft beginnt Veränderung mit einer neugierigen Frage oder einem kleinen Experiment. Wir lieben die Balance aus mutigem Ausprobieren und neugierigem Reflektieren und bleiben so lange an der Seite unserer Partner*innen, bis neue Muster tragfähig geworden sind.
