Eric Lim (Lim Peam Hin) is a digital systems strategist based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with more than two decades of experience across technology, software, digital platforms, data, and business systems. His work sits where technology and business meet. He designs systems that can actually work in the real world — not technology for its own sake. Areas he has worked on include digital platform strategy, software and product architecture, data and system integration, marketplace and membership platforms, AI-enabled business solutions, technology strategy for founders and businesses, and business model validation. Today, much of his work explores how AI is changing the way businesses and people are discovered, understood, and trusted. He is currently exploring NEX+, an initiative built around a simple question: “When people stop searching for websites and start asking AI for answers, how does a business become someone AI understands?” This idea became what he now calls AI Presence: making a business or person clear enough that AI systems can accurately understand who they are, what they do, and when they are relevant. He does not try to have better answers first. He tries to ask better questions first.
