The goal was to streamline our warehouse operations through automated systems, enabling real-time tracking across multiple devices including TV, kiosk, mobile, and admin portals, all accessible from anywhere in a cloud-hosted environment.
Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?I thoroughly enjoyed the seamless integration of WaveBuddy across different platforms. The automation of tasks such as truck movement tracking, vehicle scheduling optimization, and warehouse capacity alerts significantly improved our operational efficiency. The mobile app features, like the auto-scan for vehicle and load numbers, were particularly impressive. The user-friendly admin portal and real-time dashboards made performance tracking and inventory planning easier and more intuitive.
Zijn er verbeterpunten?While the system is already highly efficient, adding more customization options for role-based reporting could enhance the user experience even further.
