Sinds 2009 doet USEO één ding goed: Ruby on Rails engineering voor bedrijven die hun webapplicatie als de kern van de zaak beschouwen. Vanuit Wroclaw, Polen, werken onze 15 senior engineers op twee manieren met klanten in de VS en Europa. Teams die capaciteit nodig hebben, krijgen toegewijde Rails-ontwikkelaars die binnen enkele dagen in hun standups en tooling passen. Bedrijven die vastzitten aan een verouderde codebase krijgen een moderniseringstraject - we hebben applicaties van Rails 2.x naar 8.x gebracht, telkens één veilige stap, zonder grote herschrijvingen. Facturering gebeurt op basis van tijd en materiaal in sprints van twee weken, alle code en intellectuele eigendom blijven bij de klant, en onze langste opdracht loopt nu al dertien jaar. Het eerste gesprek is een gratis uur met een engineer, en het eindigt met een eerlijk advies - zelfs als dat advies niet op ons slaat.
