Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?The agency helped us develop a solution for our clients' booking and appointment management needs in the Shopify store environment. They needed a simple, intuitive app that was complete enough to cover all features relevant to our client's business model, a class-based business model encompassing: registration, payments, cancellation policy, group bookings, flexibility rules, scheduling, availability managing, and calendar integrations into Shopify storefronts.

They started by having a brief call to assess our specific needs and made sure to get exactly what we were looking for. After the initial call, they sent a brief for us to confirm all of the required features and other characteristics were being accurately addressed, so we knew we were in the right track from the get-go.
