Rozenama is een Iraaks e-commerceplatform dat handelaren een complete online winkel en een volledig orderbeheersysteem op één plek biedt, zonder ontwikkelingswerk en zonder technische achtergrond vereist. Het platform is gebouwd voor hoe handel daadwerkelijk werkt in Irak. De meeste Iraakse handelaren verkopen via Instagram, WhatsApp en Facebook, en beheren bestellingen in notitieboekjes, screenshots en chatthreads. Rozenama vervangt dit door een enkel dashboard: een merkeigen Arabische storefront, order volgen van bevestiging tot levering, voorraad per product, integratie met Iraakse bezorgbedrijven en lokale betaalgateways, en analyses uitgesplitst per gouvernement, klant en product. Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?I sell decorative and gaming lighting, and I was working entirely through social media. I needed a real store where customers could see my full range in one place and order without messaging me first, plus a way to keep track of stock and orders instead of doing it by hand.
Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?The setup was quick and I did not need any technical background. They moved my whole catalogue over and organised it into categories, and the support team answers in Arabic when I need something. Managing orders and stock from one dashboard saved me the most time.
Zijn er verbeterpunten?I would like a custom domain instead of a subdomain, and better visibility in Google search for my product pages.
