Ratech is een bureau voor automatisering van bedrijfsprocessen voor dienstverlenende bedrijven in de VS, Canada en Europa. We bekijken hoe het werk door een bedrijf loopt, vinden waar uren en geld weglekken en lossen dat op met het eenvoudigste systeem dat werkt: een automatisering, een AI-agent of een aanpassing van het proces zelf. Eerst de diagnose, dan de uitvoering De meeste teams hebben de software die ze nodig hebben al. Wat hun week opslokt, is het handwerk tussen de tools: data overtypen van het ene systeem naar het andere, achter documenten aanzitten, steeds dezelfde rapporten opnieuw maken. We beginnen bij de workflow en kiezen de tools pas als we die begrijpen. Hoe we werken 1. Onderzoek. We brengen het proces stap voor stap in kaart met de mensen die het uitvoeren. 2. Diagnose. We laten zien waar de uren naartoe gaan en welke verbeteringen zich het eerst terugverdienen. 3. Scope. We spreken een vaste scope af voor de workflow die uw team het meest kost. 4.
