AI-advies en strategie: procesanalyse, toolkeuze (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude of iets op maat), prioriteiten en een duidelijke business case. AI-agents en koppelingen: mailbox- en serviceflows, offertes, lead-intake en rapportage, gebouwd met Copilot Studio, n8n, Claude en ChatGPT en gekoppeld aan de tools die je al hebt. AI-verordening en AI-geletterdheid: wat de Europese regels betekenen voor je team en hoe je verantwoord met AI werkt. Meestal starten we met een Quick Scan: een dag analyse op 1 à 2 prioritaire processen en een beslisdocument. Wat geen business case heeft, raden we af.
