Bona Agency bestaat voor eigenaren van boetiekhotels en oprichters van restaurants die ziel in elk detail leggen – degenen die geobsedeerd zijn door het aantal draden, perfecte presentatie en het creëren van onvergetelijke momenten voor gasten. Wij zijn de digitale partner voor hospitalitymerken die beter verdienen dan standaard websites en generieke marketing. Ons verhaal is uw verhaal. Wij komen uit de horeca, niet uit de marketingtheorie. Een oprichter beheerde hoteloperaties en ervoer de frustratie dat OTA-commissies winsten opslokten. De ander bouwde de technologie die reserveringen mogelijk maakt, en begreep hoe je bezoekers omzet in geboekte gasten. We richtten Bona op omdat we ongelooflijke hospitality-ervaringen zagen die verborgen zaten achter middelmatige digitale aanwezigheid. Getalenteerde hoteliers en chefs die inkomsten verliezen aan OTA's omdat hun websites niet konden concurreren. Lanceringcampagnes die mislukten omdat bureaus het ritme van de horeca en de gastenpsychologie niet begrepen. Onze aanpak combineert kennis van hospitality-operaties met technische excellentie.
