We hire slow and fire fast. The bar is 5+ years of shipping production software, and a strong opinion about how to build AI-native systems. The result is a team of ~20 engineers, architects, and product specialists who treat client products as their own.
Our cadence is direct: weekly demos with clients, monthly steering reviews, KPI ownership end-to-end. No account manager layer between the engineer and the decision-maker.
Cluj-Napoca is our base. Working hours overlap fully with the UK and EU, and 5–7 hours with US East Coast.
