1. Project Scope and Collaboration &why Studio was brought in through a referral and was chosen for its strong cultural fit, aligned values, and budget-friendly pricing. Key deliverables included an international website relaunch with modern design, flexible modules, a thorough onboarding process, and ongoing project management. Other services covered UX/UI improvements, SEO enhancements, data insights and reporting, ongoing strategic consulting and the development of further digital products and features. 2. Results and Experience The project resulted in a state-of-the-art website with a strong user experience and visual appeal. The collaboration was as valuable, solution-oriented, and enjoyable. Project management was excellent, with quick responses, ongoing support, and a shared motivation to improve and celebrate successes together. A team of 6–10 people are working on the project. 3.
