Quel était l'objectif de votre collaboration ?The main objective was to help Omnia’s client's Team Leads and Supervisors easily access and understand their own first-party data, reports, and insights. Although they had many data sources and BI visualization tools, they struggled to consume and interpret the information. Our goal was to design a solution that made data analysis more intuitive and actionable for them.

Qu'avez-vous le plus apprécié pendant votre collaboration ?What I enjoyed the most was creating a chatbot interface that allowed Team Leads and Supervisors to interact directly with their data using natural language. Seeing how this solution simplified their daily decision-making and delivered measurable impact — including an 14% cost reduction in labor costs — was very rewarding.
