Quel était l'objectif de votre collaboration ?We run a large online store on Magento with catalogues in several countries, and we needed to stop doing by hand the things that ate our time: keeping stock and prices aligned with our two suppliers, and answering customer questions at any hour. We brought in Kiwop to solve that with AI instead of hiring more staff.
Qu'avez-vous le plus apprécié pendant votre collaboration ?The custom development. Kiwop built us an AI chatbot that answers customer questions in several languages, plus an automatic sync that pulls stock and prices from our two suppliers every day, so we stopped selling items that were already out of stock. It was all built for our specific Magento setup, not an off-the-shelf plugin. And they know ecommerce, so we never had to explain the same thing twice.
Y a-t-il des domaines où l'agence peut s'améliorer ?On the bigger releases the first version sometimes needed a round of adjustments, but they always turned them around quickly. Nothing that would stop us recommending them.
