itjet provided a software development company with a frontend developer to help them optimize their HR management platform. The developer also assisted with data export, bug fixing, and dashboard improvements. Thanks to itjet, the client launched another release of their platform with no bugs, meeting user satisfaction and receiving positive reviews. itjet participated in daily stand-ups and demo calls and communicated effectively via Slack. Despite we worked together for a short time and were communicating only remotely being in different countries, it felt like developer was full-fledged member of our team - got into the project from day 1, did not work independently, but communicated a lot with other team members.

Taking ownership of the project from the start, itjet consulted on technologies and functions to improve the platform. Thanks to their support, the company is now valued at $5,000,000 after a year of operating. Along the way, the team has been responsible, communicative, and professional. What was the scope of their involvement? itjet developed the Supporter.no platform. It allows users to create their own web shop with a maximum of three clicks. My goal was to make the platform as simple to use as possible, and to make it free for users. I did the initial UX design myself, and itjet consulted me on how to improve it. What did you find most impressive about them? They’ve never told me they didn’t know how to do something I asked for. Their attitude is to always find a way to do it. If they see that what I’m asking for isn’t good for my company, if it wasn’t necessary for my users to have that option, itjet tells me about it, and consults me on what I should be focusing on. They took ownership of the platform and of the business idea, and that’s very impressive. I feel as though they’re my own team. Are there any areas they could improve? I wish they would come to Norway and work from my office. I go to Kiev four times a year to visit them, because I feel that’s very important. I think it was their first time having a client visit just to stop in and see how things were going. Now, we’ve already planned out what to do for my next trip, both in terms of workshops, but also what we can do together as a team to bond.
