Divine Solutions est un studio de logiciels et d’IA situé à Svetvinčenat, dans le centre de l’Istrie, en Croatie. Depuis 2025, nous concevons et développons les logiciels dont les entreprises dépendent au quotidien : applications métier sur mesure, applications web et mobiles, boutiques en ligne connectées à un ERP, ainsi que des agents d’IA qui déchargent les équipes des tâches répétitives. La plupart des entreprises que nous rencontrons disposent déjà des données dont elles ont besoin. Elles se trouvent dans un ERP, un CRM, une boîte mail ou un ensemble de feuilles de calcul. Notre projet habituel consiste à ajouter une couche d’IA à ces systèmes : un assistant qui répond en langage courant aux questions sur les stocks, les commandes ou les factures, un rapport prêt chaque matin, ou un agent qui trie les demandes entrantes et prépare les réponses. Nous nous connectons aux systèmes que l’entreprise utilise déjà au lieu de lui demander de les remplacer. Pour le service client, nous créons des chatbots et des agents vocaux. Un agent vocal répond au téléphone, comprend l’appelant et lui répond dans sa langue, qu’il s’agisse du croate, de l’anglais ou de presque toute autre langue. Il peut ensuite prendre rendez-vous ou transférer l’appel à une personne avec un court résumé. En parallèle de nos projets clients, nous développons et exploitons trois produits qui nous appartiennent : CallVista, un agent vocal d’IA pour les centres d’appels ; AdReady, une plateforme qui transforme les chartes de marque en variantes de bannières et les accompagne tout au long du processus, de l’approbation à la publication ; et Business Booster, qui réunit la communication, les tâches, les données ERP et les analyses en un seul endroit. Notre méthode de travail : le premier échange est gratuit. Nous examinons d’abord le processus et les données, convenons du périmètre et d’un prix indicatif, et une première version fonctionnelle est généralement prête sous quatre à huit semaines. Les applications que nous développons et maintenons fonctionnent sur des serveurs situés dans l’Union européenne, et les exigences du RGPD et de l’AI Act de l’UE sont intégrées au projet dès le premier jour. Nous travaillons à distance avec des clients en Croatie, en Slovénie, en Serbie et en Bosnie-Herzégovine, en croate, en anglais, en serbe et en slovène. 2 personnes dans leur équipe
