Cytech conçoit des logiciels autour de votre activité. Fondée en 2001 au Parc des sciences et technologies de Crète, notre équipe de 20 personnes cumule 25 années d’expérience dans plus de 30 projets, produits et services logiciels pour des clients du monde entier. Construire. Connecter. Évoluer. Nous développons de nouveaux logiciels, connectons les systèmes et les données, et assurons la maintenance ainsi que la modernisation des plateformes. L’architecture, la sécurité, la mise à disposition dans le cloud et l’assistance continue font partie intégrante de notre approche d’ingénierie. Les données et services connectés constituent les fondations d’une IA pertinente. Nous intégrons des assistants intelligents, des applications agentiques et des workflows optimisés par l’IA au sein de vos logiciels. En 2025, nous avons développé la base de données commune de l’UE sur l’assainissement des navires, migré des données existantes et conçu des logiciels mobiles fonctionnant hors ligne pour les inspecteurs. Pendant la pandémie, le dPLF européen traitait plusieurs millions de formulaires de passagers par mois ; le PLF grec recevait plusieurs dizaines de milliers de soumissions par jour. Le développement et la maintenance de nos propres logiciels nous donnent une perspective de propriétaire de produit sur l’architecture, la fiabilité et les évolutions futures. mCore traite plus d’un milliard de SMS par an. Son moteur de routage central, Sendium, est disponible séparément en tant que logiciel open source. Cytech détient les certifications ISO 27001:2022 et ISO 27701:2019. We assess the existing architecture, identify practical improvements and help plan or implement the changes. Our work covers cloud migration, infrastructure as code, network segmentation, automated provisioning and deployment, monitoring and continued support. We work with AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. Our delivered modernization work includes moving a legacy platform from a manually managed server to production-ready AWS infrastructure, with scalable services, secure storage and databases, automated releases and centralized logging. Consultancy scope, implementation responsibilities and support are agreed for each engagement.

We connect mobile interfaces with backend services, existing platforms and the information people need while working away from their desks. Our work considers mobile workflows, access controls, synchronization, security and the infrastructure supporting the app. Where required, we design for intermittent connectivity and offline operation. For the EU Common Ship Sanitation Database, we developed mobile software with offline support for inspectors alongside the complete web platform and legacy-data migration. Our MIRAGE contribution covered mobile interfaces and network-incident notifications; FORTH developed the core ARTEMIS detection and mitigation technology.
