Agencia Jaimito

Our relationship with Agencia Jaimito started last spring with "L'Esplaiada 2018" project. L'Esplaiada is the biggest event we organize in our nonprofit organization. It takes place once every three years, and joins 3000 young people and children from all over the country. We needed a renewed and memorable corporate image for the event: posters, t-shirts, banners, canvas, etc... It was not an easy demand: we asked them to represent in an only poster, this year’s topic: inclusion and diversity. They should, also, to incorporate, in a not excessive literal way, our feminist point of view, the ludic atmosphere, cooperation values, etc...I must confess that the briefing was a challenge! Marina and Alfredo’s idea was to organise a co-creation meeting where some of the young volunteers from the organization could be part of the ideation process. That was a success: they felt the design as theirs, and it reinforced the belonging feeling. About the feedback that the volunteers of the organization gave us in the valuation questionnaires, all those related with the design where above the average, compared with the other items such as food, games, etc. As communications manager, I can also say that for me it was a pleasure working with them: punctuality in deliveries, passion for work...they made me feel all the time that we rowed in the same direction, and that the project was as important to me as it was to them!
