They came to the table with a specific analysis of what we could improve, including the reasoning behind it, which was great. Also, we went over the content guidelines that they needed to follow and our aligned goals to ensure everything they did would work towards those goals.

Then, we collaborated with them to produce content. On top of that, we helped them create responses to comments or inquiries on our accounts. Sometimes, they directed people to a specific department within our company.
