Zurich Data Scientists is a Zurich-based collective of formally educated statisticians specialising in turning complex data into actionable knowledge. Founded in 2020, the team combines long-term experience in applied statistics and data science with a commitment to clarity, confidentiality and real-world impact. Their client base spans start-ups, large companies, regional and national administrations, and academic researchers.
Core services
Data Science for Private Companies: Zurich Data Scientists helps businesses identify the most relevant questions for their operations and answers them with machine learning and statistical forecasting. The emphasis is on reliable models that inform decisions and optimise processes, while integrating results seamlessly into clients’ environments.

HistoriaWe started Zurich Data Scientists in 2020 in Zurich with a simple conviction: raw numbers should inform real decisions. As a compact team of formally educated statisticians, we turned that conviction into practice by helping organisations—from start-ups to large companies, administrations and research groups—translate complex data into clear, actionable knowledge. Early on we learned that good models are only useful when they are understood and integrated into daily workflows, so we focus on practical, confidential solutions that fit each client’s reality. We also love teaching: preparing tailored courses and lecturing at top institutions keeps our methods sharp and ensures we pass on reproducible, robust practices to the next generation of analysts.
