Christopher Jehan, Managing Director Christopher has over 23 years of industry experience half of which was in projects (legal/regulatory, operations, structuring & database/applications). Christopher has a strong background in fund & investment operations as well as life products and ensures that his regulatory knowledge remains current by being a member of various industry committees and working groups. Sam du Feu, Marketing Manager Sam has over 10 years’ professional experience in IT & Marketing roles within eCommerce, retail solutions & digital media. His skillset has meant Midshore could broaden its offering to include general marketing, SEO, Website, infrastructure, and other related services. Rob Allen, Office Administrator, Rob is currently taking various qualifications by and has recently passed his Level 2 certification in "Fundamentals of Financial Studies". He's currently working towards his Level 3 qualification "Introduction to Securities & Investments" and has quickly become a valuable member of the Midshore team. With his great Administration skills, he can perform tasks quickly and efficiently on behalf of Midshore and its clients. Midshore's Services Project Management Including: Funds, Marketing, departmental etc. Business Services including; Our team have expertise in start-ups, growth tactics, mergers, restructuring, selling, brand and reputation building & more. Regulation & Compliance including; We can & have worked with; AIFMD, EUSD, FATCA, CRS, MiFID II, Conduct of Business rules, AML/CFT Handbook, GDPR, PCI Compliance & more. Investment Funds including; We can assist with both open- and closed-ended fund structures whether constituted as a company, protected cell company, incorporated cell company, unit trust or limited partnership. This is one of our specialities. Training & Competence Our "get into finance" training program RE:Finance is becoming well known as is our professional training courses. We hold many regular courses and can tailor any bespoke training & competence checks to your needs.
