Was war das Ziel Ihrer Zusammenarbeit?Startbit worked with us on new ideas and the development of new settings and applications, including an internal dashboard for our own use. They also worked as a supplier in some engagements with clients. I believe they would be a good partner for startups, as well as more traditional companies. Startbit team is smart, they mix IT and business perspectives in their approach.

Was hat Ihnen während Ihrer Zusammenarbeit am meisten Spaß gemacht?The outcome of the project was above our expectations. Startbit teams' input and involvement in the process have been extremely valuable. One of the most impressive and unique aspects of this company was their ability to truly understand and embrace our business objectives and translate them into a customized website portal solution.

Gibt es Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten?No, there weren’t any. There was a staff change at one point, but they quickly brought the new teammate up to speed. There wasn’t any alarming major transition since they were so open to us about everything. We never had a single complaint about working with them.

Was war das Ziel Ihrer Zusammenarbeit?We hired Startbit IT Solutions to overhaul our existing website’s frontend, which involved updating its look and feel and improving its overall user experience from top to bottom. They updated the site’s pages and images and migrated the site from WordPress to Shopify 2.0 and into a new subscription platform. We still work with them on a retainer basis, which involves making continuous upgrades and improvements and developing new pages and installing new apps as needed.

They’re highly responsive, and they communicate things well. Team is extremely knowledgeable, and they made us feel better that any other company that I talked to. Aside from that, Startbit IT Solutions is extremely adept at understanding our brand from a customer perspective. So now, when we give them projects from a creative standpoint, they don’t really require a lot of specifics and oversight.
