Was war das Ziel Ihrer Zusammenarbeit?The goal of this project was to create an easy-to-use healthcare CRM that improves patient management, improves communication between staff and patients, and makes appointment scheduling smoother. We also wanted it to work well with other systems, such as EHR and billing. We ensured it followed important healthcare regulations like HIPAA while providing useful insights to boost efficiency and enhance patient care.

Was hat Ihnen während Ihrer Zusammenarbeit am meisten Spaß gemacht?What impressed me most about SparxIT was their understanding of the healthcare field, allowing them to create a perfect CRM solution for us. Their mix of expertise and industry insight made the product functional and compliant. Great communication and support throughout the process made everything run smoothly.

Was war das Ziel Ihrer Zusammenarbeit?Our idea was to build a finance portal for effective money management, with stress on security and user experience. When we first contacted SparxIT, they already had experience working in the digital finance area. So, that gave us a headstart. And we laid down our requirements for the app. Emphasized on interface and user experience, security and performance.

Was hat Ihnen während Ihrer Zusammenarbeit am meisten Spaß gemacht?Many things made the collaboration quite fruitful, including scrum meetings, feedback calls, etc. Their ability to communicate developments on the project was spot on. Plus they could articulate my inputs better and include it into the next sprint. Great experience overall.

Gibt es Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten?Nothing in particular. Their services served their purpose quite well. There could’ve been shorter deadlines, but the quality of the result masked it well.
