StoryWir sind Xurce Ag, ein engagiertes Team in Bern — gegründet 2018 mit einer klaren Mission: digitale Projekte zuverlässig zum Ziel zu führen. Oft trafen wir Unternehmen, die großartige Ideen hatten, aber kurzfristig Fachkräfte oder Kapazität vermissten. Genau dafür entstanden unsere Beratung und der Personalverleih. In den ersten Monaten haben wir intensiv daran gearbeitet, ein belastbares Netzwerk von Entwicklerinnen, Business-Analysten und Projektleitern aufzubauen und gleichzeitig faire, inklusive Arbeitsbedingungen zu schaffen.
