What was the objective behind your collaboration?We're a startup and needed to build our website on Magento 2 Platform.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?They have an incredible team. As a startup, I handle most of the work related to my business, so it’s helpful knowing that I can depend on Xcratch. They’re an extension of my team and go out of their way to help improve the product and create the best solutions for my business. Most consulting partners only try to bill as many hours as possible, but I plan to remain loyal to Xcratch because they take affordability into consideration and provide a good value.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?We hired Xcratch to help build a CMS and marketing site for us.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?They were eager to find solutions and were very flexible. We faced several challenges, and they were able to identify several different ways to resolve them. At one point, we had a massive spreadsheet with tons of data points that needed to function together, and they were able to handle it. Even in those situations, they were efficient and maintained their composure.
