What was the objective behind your collaboration?Our objective was to build a scalable digital platform that would support our solar energy business beyond a traditional eCommerce website. We wanted an integrated ecosystem with web and mobile applications, installer and customer management, financing workflows, AI-powered features, and multi-market capabilities. We needed a reliable technology partner capable of delivering a future-ready solution that could support our long-term business growth across Europe.

As with any large and complex project, there were a few occasions where additional discussions were needed to clarify certain requirements before implementation. However, the team was always responsive, open to feedback, and quick to make necessary adjustments. We have no major concerns and look forward to continuing our partnership.

Are there any areas for improvements?I would suggest that WPWeb Infotech could proactively showcase more of their Web3 and emerging technology capabilities upfront, as their knowledge in this space was impressive but not immediately obvious during the initial engagement. That said, this is a minor observation rather than a criticism.
