Warning Engineering is a hardware product development company in Sofia, Bulgaria. We take electronic products from an idea to a production run: electronics design (schematic, PCB layout, DFM review, BOM sourcing), embedded firmware, industrial and mechanical design in Fusion 360, and prototyping by CNC machining and 3D printing. For production we cover PCB fabrication, PCB assembly (PCBA), injection moulding and CNC, plus companion mobile apps and EMC testing. What we build: smart wearable devices, IoT devices, car sensors, industrial automation electronics, e-bikes, sensor systems and small consumer electronics. Our firmware work runs bare-metal and RTOS (FreeRTOS) on ARM, STM32, ESP32 and AVR, with BLE/WiFi/LoRa stacks, bootloaders, OTA updates and Linux BSP bring-up. How we work: one team and one point of contact from the first sketch to the delivered batch, so the seams between electronics, firmware, mechanics and manufacturing are our problem, not the client's. Firmware starts in parallel with the board, not after it. We treat certification as a design input rather than a final step, and we would rather hear the problem than a finished spec.
