I'm a VFX Producer and Supervisor. I come into productions early – film, streaming, high-end commercials – and plan VFX so it lands seamlessly in the finish, instead of producing costly rework and runaway turnaround times. Most VFX budgets don't blow up because of the effects. They blow up because VFX gets brought into the conversation too late. That's exactly where I work: early planning, realistic budgeting, supervision through delivery, a well-rehearsed network of artists guided through execution. I work hands-on myself and know the craft in depth – my reel shows it. How I think as a producer is something I've put into three books; the first, "Producing ohne Plan B – Meine Denkweise als VFX Producer," sums up my approach.
