What was the objective behind your collaboration?They were supposed to provide book advertising.
What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Nothing at all . They were terrible to work with from the moment I signed the contract. I had to revise nearly everything they posted because of the poor quality.
Are there any areas for improvements?They took my money and did not deliver on their promises. They had people posting things I did not approve. The bounced me around from one representative to another and none of them followed through on meeting commitments, posting commitments, or any of the services promised. The told me they would provide a refund and did not. Then they disappeared. I called no response. Emailed no response. I finally just gave up. Not dealing with them was better than dealing with them.
What was the objective behind your collaboration?To publish our self-help book and make it available across bookstores and online platforms.
What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Their publishing team was proactive, efficient, and truly understood the author’s perspective.
