Communication needs to be rethought. This desire for change ultimately brought Teja Töpfer and Michael Trautmann together, and they dared to do something new. This 'something' became upljft. And so, two feelings became the best of both worlds. Technology and creativity united.
To make people and brands connect, we transform data into emotions. We use the tools and possibilities available to us, especially on digital communication channels. For us at Upljft, social media is the central part of corporate communication. We understand social channels primarily as an opportunity to communicate as directly as possible with the target audience. We put ourselves in the shoes of the people who receive our assets and content and interact with them dynamically. Through live optimization of campaigns, we react to usage and interaction data. The interplay of creation and technology is essential for this. For us, these two worlds belong together immediately – which was also the founding idea of Upljft and defines our USP.
We also live this philosophy within our agency. The diversity of our professions and individual backgrounds not only makes us versatile. The diversity also gives us different perspectives on communication challenges. By merging different units, we can develop concepts with which we anticipate different reactions. Thus, content creation is always a springboard for our community management. And our campaign concepts are always based on self-developed media strategies to engage the target audience individually. What was the objective behind your collaboration?We were looking for a social media agency with a strong creative mindset, that can also work data-driven.
What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The flexibility when it comes to the collaboration - for some projects they do the research and collaboration management, for other projects it is mostly about creation or they help us with project management and communication with Facebook. We basically have this one yearly budget and they proactively help us with whatever might be a task that needs to be done.
