Upgraide is an AI consultancy based in Porto, Portugal. We help companies move from AI curiosity to AI in production, through two complementary lines of work. The first is executive training. We run short, hands-on workshops on Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot, tailored by professional profile rather than sold as one generic course. Our catalogue covers executives, marketing, sales, HR, finance, operations, customer success, legal and compliance, and technical power users. Sessions run live online, hybrid or in-person, in English, Portuguese or Spanish. The second is custom software. We design and deploy generative AI agents for customer support, sales and internal operations, and we build predictive and forecasting models to support decisions in finance, sales and operations. We have worked with organisations including Super Bock Group, Primavera Cegid and CPCIS. We serve clients across Portugal, Spain and the Gulf region.
