StoryWe richtten Unua in 2019 op vanuit de vaststelling dat veel bedrijven wél een CRM invoeren, maar vaak geen kloppend plan hebben om die data om te zetten in betere salesprestaties. In Oud-Turnhout begonnen we met één eenvoudige overtuiging: talent is niet genoeg — process, meten en coaching maken het verschil. We analyseren het salesproces, stellen kritische vragen en bouwen vervolgens een efficiëntere versie die past bij de realiteit van het verkoopteam. Daarbij focussen we niet op vage beloftes maar op concrete resultaten: welke cijfers tellen, welke activiteiten sturen en hoe coachen we naar betere uitkomsten. Elke implementatie wordt gevolgd door gerichte coaching zodat nieuwe werkwijzen ook echt landen bij de mensen in het veld.
