StoryWij begonnen Unicorn Hub omdat we geloofden dat innovatie geen exclusief talent is maar een vaardigheid die je kunt trainen. Sinds 2021 in Amsterdam helpen we mensen en teams ontdekken hoe nieuwsgierigheid, creativiteit en teamwork concrete routines worden. In de praktijk zien we vaak dat organisaties vastlopen door te veel focus op plannen; daarom leren we kortcyclische innovatieprocessen op te zetten: snel experimenteren, leren en bijsturen. Onze dagen bestaan uit het begeleiden van workshops, coachingsessies en het wegnemen van blokkades — vaak met eenvoudige tools en veel luisterwerk. De grootste voldoening is wanneer een team voor het eerst zelf stapsgewijs een idee test en groeit. Wij vieren die kleine overwinningen; ze maken verandering duurzaam.
