StoryWir sind Umtriebig – eine Innovations- und Umsetzungsberatung aus Hamburg, die Dinge anders anpackt. Bei uns blieb noch nie eine gute Idee auf dem Papier. Wir hören zu, denken nach und bringen die Konzepte in die Praxis. Oft stand am Anfang nur ein stilles Whiteboard; wir machten daraus greifbare Schritte, Tests und erste Umsetzungen. Unsere Motivation kommt aus der Überzeugung, dass echte Veränderung Teamarbeit ist: wir arbeiten eng mit unseren Kund:innen, teilen Verantwortung und lernen unterwegs. Herausforderungen wie interne Skepsis oder unklare Prozesse sehen wir als Teil des Weges, nicht als Hindernis. Jeden Tag treibt uns die Lust an, Ideen auf die Straße zu bringen und Wirkung sichtbar zu machen.
