StoryWir sind Uma Collective, eine Beratungsagentur, die 2022 in Zürich entstanden ist, weil wir glaubten, dass das Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen frische Ideen und echte Beteiligung braucht. Unser Alltag begann mit der Überzeugung, dass kreative Methoden und eine klare Aussensicht festgefahrene Perspektiven öffnen können. Oft genug haben wir erlebt, wie sich scheinbar unlösbare Probleme durch gemeinsames Arbeiten und gezielte Moderation verschieben ließen. Das treibt uns an: wir decken relevante Handlungsfelder auf, bringen Menschen zusammen und begleiten die Entwicklung praktischer, innovationsorientierter Ansätze.
