Google Business Profile and local SEO, founded in 2021 by Anna Sánttos, Google Product Expert.

Ulocal is a Brazilian consultancy specialized in Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) and local SEO, founded in 2021 by Anna Sánttos, Google Product Expert in the Google Business Profile help community. We handle the problems that take a business off Google and the ones that keep it from being found. In suspended profile recovery, we first find out why Google suspended the profile, fix what goes against the guidelines and only then prepare the appeal with the right evidence, since an appeal can be sent only once per decision. In verification, we unlock cases of codes that never arrive, rejected videos and profiles with no verification methods left. In local SEO and ongoing profile management, we align the Business Profile, the website and business listings so the company shows up on Google Maps, in Search and in AI answers such as ChatGPT and Gemini when people look for the service nearby. We also build subscription websites designed for local search. Based in Águas Claras, Brasília (Brazil), we work remotely with businesses all over Brazil and Brazilian-owned businesses in the United States, in Portuguese. Clients keep ownership of their profile at all times and approve everything sent to Google. The final decision is always Google's: what we guarantee is handling each case the right way. Ulocal is independent and does not speak on behalf of Google.
