Story2017 in Stuttgart gegründet, sind wir Third Picture – ein kleines Kollektiv mit großem Blick. Die Idee kam aus einer einfachen Beobachtung: Wenn zwei Bilder aufeinandertreffen, entsteht ein drittes – nicht auf der Leinwand, sondern im Kopf des Zuschauers. Seitdem bauen wir Brücken zwischen Kunst und Unterhaltungskino, arbeiten an Spielfilmen, Dokumentarfilmen und vielfältigen Kurzformaten. Unsere Produktionen wollen provozieren und berühren, Diskussionen anstoßen und zugleich zugänglich bleiben. Wir lieben die Spannung zwischen Auseinandersetzung und Spiel und investieren in visuelle Erzählräume, die ein breites Publikum erreichen. Jeder Film ist für uns ein Experiment: Wie viel Kunst verträgt Populäres, ohne seine Tiefe zu verlieren?
