StoryWe launched The Shaker Company in 2019 in Paris because we were convinced that large organisations needed practical, human-centred ways to transform. As two partners from international consulting and coaching backgrounds, we saw recurring patterns that stifle resilience and engagement — so we set out to break them. Today we work with international clients to develop team skills in resilience, collective intelligence and empowerment through our leadership school and coaching programs. We complement strategic and cultural transformation work with operational excellence diagnostics, tailored recommendations and hands-on implementation. We collaborate with a network of about twenty independent experts, and every project feels like a new lab where tested methods meet custom design. Our drive remains the same: help leaders build energizing organisations where everyone can find their right place.
