StoryWe founded The Leadership Practice in Frankfurt in 2011 because we believed insight should lead to lasting change. Over the years we’ve become partners to organizations seeking real cognitive, psychological and behavioural shifts. We translate research into dialogical practices—learning, reflecting and growing—that leaders can apply every day. Early on we learned that change sticks when people become more purposeful, intentional and skilled, not when they simply receive instruction. That lesson shapes our work: we coach self-awareness and mindfulness, surface purpose, and teach how to relate, think and converse together. We take pride in helping teams create environments where people flourish, and we bring patience, curiosity and craft to every engagement.
